This development in Maidenhead is located on an existing refuse site. Full remediation of the contaminated land is required and has been considered in the sustainability proposals. Our design proposals for the 400 unit residential scheme and 48 bed extra care home incorporate rain water recycling and an energy strategy, including 10% renewables and community heat and power generation.
