    John's early career experience included housing rehabilitation with responsibility for a Housing Action Area in the London Borough of Lambeth, as well as single person housing.

    Since joining PRP in 1979 he has been responsible for numerous award winning residential, masterplannng and mixed use projects.

    He also chairs the Learning & Development and Health & Safety and CDM Regulations Steering Groups. John was principal author of the design sections of CIRIA special publication 97 "Environmental Handbook for Building & Civil Engineering Projects" published in 1994.

  • Ian Bott
    Associate Director

    Ian's role within the practice is to focus on the design and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes for private developers and housing associations.

    He heads a team of architects, masterplanners and urban designers working with most of the major housebuilder developers in the southeast.

    Ian is a contributor to the knowledge management and technical standards within the practice and part of the senior management team ensuring high quality services are provided to our clients.

  • Ben Williamson

    Ben has been involved in a wide range of residential schemes in both public and private sectors including mixed use developments, inner city high density and suburban schemes.

    His role is predominately focused on early stage design from initial concept through to planning consent. He is passionate about delivering high quality sustainable developments that integrate best practice in urban design with economical sustainable design.

    He sits on the Sustainability steering group and oversees the design review programme within the Surrey office.
