Brendan Kilpatrick

London

Director

BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA MAPM

Prior to joining PRP in 1995, Brendan spent several years as an Associate with the social housing firm Ainsley Gommon Wood. The experience gained as both architect and employer’s agent has established his expertise in all forms of social housing including refurbishment and sheltered accommodation and in particular, designing and building as a method of procurement for use on both refurbishment and new build projects.

Brendan’s vast experience ranges from community buildings to estate regeneration and he has also developed a number of schemes for private developers. The most significant of his projects has been the successful redevelopment of the Marquess Estate, which Brendan has led since its inception in 1997 and was completed in 2005.

Brendan has been instrumental in developing the company’s expertise of project management and employer’s agent work and became a Member of the Association of Project Management in 1998. He continues to assist PRP Project Services in the project manager’s role and in areas where an architectural overview is required.

As Director, Brendan is responsible for the management of resources in the London office but balances this with architectural team leading.

Trained at Liverpool Polytechnic, Brendan was made a Group Director in 2003 and appointed to the Management Board as Director in October 2005.
