David joined PRP shortly after the opening of the Milton Keynes office in 2000 having gained wide experience in private and social housing from previously his running own practise. He was appointed an Associate Director in 2007 and sits on the Milton Keynes Sustainability Group and participates in several other sub groups.

The number of RSL clients has grown in the Milton Keynes office over a wide geographic area and include Derwent Living Oxford Citizens HA, PfP, Orbit, Jephson HA, William Sutton Trust and Home Group He was project architect for the Midsummer HA Atlas Project which was a Housing Forum demonstration project to deliver 150 dwellings showing continuous improvement on energy efficiency and prefabrication systems.

In 2005 his design for a mixed tenure scheme of 220 dwellings and 8 shops for Places For People was completed at Broughton Atterbury Milton Keynes. The site is recognised by English Partnerships as a flagship scheme in relation to their design codes and as a model of sustainability by being the first scheme in Milton Keynes to achieve an ‘excellent’ eco-rating.

A further example of the close collaboration with clients is demonstrated with Jephson HA where PRP are developing their design brief in the form of an interactive web site.
