Associate Director

HNC Building Technology

Eric has worked as an Architectural Technologist for 30 years. He gained his HNC in Building Studies in 1982, became a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in 2001 and an Incorporate of the Chartered Institute of Building in 2002. He was appointed an Associate Director at PRP in October 2007.

Prior to his current position, he worked as a Senior Architectural Technologist for Charles Church, Broadway Malyon and BPTW.

He joined Countryside Properties (South Thames) Ltd in 1999, working for 4 years as Technical Manager/Head of Dept. Responsible for construction information for all the regions sites. During this period he gained valuable insight and understanding of the Developers requirements, working methods, priorities etc.

Since 2004, Eric has had the role of Technical Manager at PRP's Surrey office, tasked with overseeing all working drawing projects undertaken by this group. In addition to project work he is a member of the PRP Technical Steering Group, working closely with Technical Director – Rick Burgess on implementing technical policy and providing technical support to the whole group.
