Sarah is an experienced project manager and has particular skills in involving stakeholders. She understands how housing associations work having spent 10 years with Notting Hill Housing Trust. She joined PRP’s Project Services Team in February 2005.

Since joining PRP, Sarah has focussed on the pre-contract aspects of complex regeneration projects. She works closely with clients defining the scope of works needed; delivering options appraisals and masterplans for estate regeneration and stock transfers and advising on appropriate consultation strategies for residents and stakeholders.

At Notting Hill, as deputy director for Neighbourhood, Sarah delivered the socio-economic elements of regeneration projects and lead the design and management of community facilities and open spaces. In May 2004 she completed an innovative masterplan for major improvements to Little Wormwood Scrubs, an eight hectare park falling between the responsibility of two London boroughs: LBH&F and RBK&C. This project was awarded status in the Greater London Association’s 100 Great Open Spaces for Londoners scheme.

In partnership with the Peabody Trust in December 2003, she launched the Neighbourhoods Green Network. This ODPM funded project assists the RSL sector to improve the design, management and use of their open spaces. She is the co-publisher and editor of the associated report “Decent homes, decent spaces – improving the green spaces for social housing (Feb 2005).
