Scott Sanderson joined PRP in 2003 and has extensive project experience in UK housing, including estate regeneration, high density brownfield development, mixed tenure, mixed use, tower refurbishment, community buildings and continuing care accommodation.

Specialising in design and project management, Scott’s role is to direct design development and to manage all aspects of the programming, coordination and approvals interface to our client, consultant and constructor teams and relevant stakeholder groups.

In addition to project work, Scott has a wider brief as the Technical Manager for the London Groups to influence, support and monitor the maintaining of high technical standards, best professional practice and business performance. This role includes leading Quality Assurance based reviews, monitoring project performance across the Groups and design management programming.

Scott’s work at PRP builds on seven year’s previous experience of private developer-led residential and mixed use development in London. This work included taking the Lead Consultant role on several significant Thames side multi-storey, multi-phase projects including Section 20, penthouse fit-out and investigation and implementation of MMC constructions.

Scott brings a proactive, delivery-focused approach to project management, teamwork, programming and co-ordination.

Scott trained at Queen’s University, Belfast and Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
