Bhupinder Chawla

Associate Director

Bhupinder is a chartered Architect and joined PRP in 1999. Bhupinder has worked on numerous mixed use schemes and has extensive knowledge in housing within the UK. He has led projects that have included private, social, sheltered and extra care housing. He has worked with a range of clients including private developers, local authorities and RSLs. His experience has ranged from small scale infill sites to large scale masterplanning including schemes at the Silwood Estate and the regeneration of South Kilburn, one of PRP’s largest urban masterplanning projects. Bhupinder is also leading PRP’s first scheme in India where PRP are designing specialist senior citizen housing for non resident Indians. His core skills include design, project management, and masterplanning through all stages of the work from inception and feasibility to planning, detail design and production information for site.

Bhupinder also manages and oversees the design review process within the London offices which is seen as an essential element to ensuring consistent design quality.

He graduated from the Architectural Association and was appointed an Associate Director in 2008.
