Marcos joined PRP in September 2003 as an architect in the London office. Amongst his current projects are the Sustainable Administration Facilities for the Masdar project in Abu Dhabi, a Hotel, offices, residential and retail development is Algeria UK and a new railway station and bus interchange to the Fosters Green Park Business Park in Reading UK and a regeneration project in Barnet.
Marcos trained at Westminster School of Architecture for both degree and diploma. His current experience includes commercial, infrastructure, educational, residential and sports buildings.
He joined PRP from John McAlsan & Partners where he successfully completed the refurbishment of the Museum of Zoology in Cambridge. Other key projects he worked on include a £17m commercial building in Fenchurch Street; The winning design for a 160,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial building as part of the Spinningfields Development in Manchester. The design for a new Western concourse for Kings Cross Station, London; The Landscape to Landfill International competition in New York for the development of the world largest capped Landfill of 2,000 acres on Staten Island into a mixed use scheme.
Prior to this he worked in Granada, Spain working on mixed use housing.
