Philip joined PRP in August 2003 having previously been part of the management team at SLD Architects & Surveyors. He was appointed as an Associate Director in October 2007.
Originally trained as an Architect in Australia, Philip has more than 16 years experience working for both RSL’s and consultants delivering affordable housing projects in and around London.
Amongst a range of projects, Philip has successfully regenerated 2 large London estates and managed a programme to transform the stock of pre war housing in and around Sevenoaks.
Philip leads the Contract Administration side of Project Services and advises on procurement strategies, contract documentation, risk management and contract administration issues across the practice.
Philip also has extensive experience managing Partnering Contracts and is a member of the PPC2000 National Steering Group. Philip also a co-opted member of the ACA Council with responsibility for D&B issues.
Philip is also an experienced facilitator and trainer and has extensive consultation experience.
Philip completed his Masters in 2003. As a result of the research carried out for his Dissertation, Philip has developed a particular expertise in Risk Management on construction projects delivered by Housing Associations.
