Richard Hodgetts

Associate Director

Richard has 20 years experience and a proven capability in urban regeneration, urban realm, masterplanning, landscape architecture, EIA and landscape planning. Richard runs the landscape team in our Milton Keynes office; seeking new contracts, fee proposals and client liaison. Richard also takes an active role in the management of the landscape team within PRP; leading landscape marketing and international landscape projects.

He is an experienced project manager who is skilled in taking projects through all the stages of the design process; from feasibility to concept design, masterplanning, consultation, design development, implementation and contract administration.

In addition, he project managed the implementation of large housing developments and associated open spaces at Elvetham Heath, Fleet and Cepen Park, Chippenham and from a commercial view the new Vodafone Headquarters, Newbury. Prior to joining PRP he worked for Shankland Cox Ltd in Abu Dhabi in 1995 running the landscape team.

More recently, Richard has worked on a number of prestigious urban extensions throughout the UK and has become an integral team player with PRP’s masterplanning group that provides an integrated multi-disciplinary approach to new masterplanning projects within the practice.Richard has also worked on prestigious projects in Moscow and Abu Dhabi.
