Frances has over 20 years’ experience, specialising predominantly in public sector housing and healthcare projects. Her experience has enabled her to become one of the North West’s leading authorities on work in the fields of housing regeneration and primary health care development for Housing Associations, major residential developers and Healthcare Trusts.

Frances joined PRP as an Associate in 2002 to lead the Manchester office and in 2005, was promoted to PRP’s management board. She is responsible for the growth, strategic planning and management of the practice in the North West but continues to work directly with clients on a range of master planning, social housing and regeneration projects on large residential and mixed-use schemes.

She is also Director in charge of the Grove Village project in east Manchester, the first Housing PFI to reach contract signing, now on site and due for completion in 2007. Her specialist knowledge and experience of Primary Health Care buildings has led to her heading up the practice’s healthcare teams and she is currently driving a number of private/public partnership procurement projects for primary care projects from the Midlands to the Scottish borders.
