Tim has gained experience working in the residential, hotel and education fields and early work includes new-build and refurbishment projects for private houses and hotels in the UK and overseas and the implementation of development strategies at two London Polytechnics.
Tim joined PRP in 1989 and has worked extensively in housing over the last fifteen years in both private and public sectors. Projects undertaken have extended Tim’s expertise in urban design, housing layout, the private and affordable housing market and the special needs of the disabled and elderly. Tim has been involved in delivering an extensive list of building projects including greenfield, brownfield, riverside and inner city locations; differing forms of procurement and construction and large and small scale developments across the country. Tim has also been involved in securing planning approval through public enquiry procedures.
Recently completed projects include, a 150 dwelling social housing development consisting of a community centre in Basingstoke for a consortium of clients, 250 units of key worker accommodation at Hillingdon in timber framed construction, 250 dwellings planning approval through public enquiry for private development at Harrogate and 500 dwellings through several phases of a private development on a significant riverside site at Greenhithe, Kent.
Tim trained at Sheffield University and became a Director in 2006.
