Quadra provides a mixture of spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments for the over-55s in the eclectic and vibrant area of Hackney. Overlooking the picturesque London Fields, the scheme offers both private and affordable homes designed to meet and exceed the recommendations of the HAPPI report.

All apartments are either dual or triple aspect, with the layout of the scheme stepped both in plan and section to afford every home spectacular, south-facing views of London Fields. Gallery access also features to avoid internal corridors, along with a double-height entrance foyer and lounge, creating a great sense of arrival with lovely views into the private residents' garden, as well as out across London Fields.

Inspired by the local townhouses, the building's external appearance makes use of a distinctive palette of buff brick and Portland stone elements. The façade is arranged in a staggered grid of feature brickwork and bronze metal work to address both its urban context and provide a composed backdrop to the trees of London Fields.
