Duporth Holiday Village is located on the south coast of Cornwall, within the administrative boundary of St Austell close to the picturesque village of Charlestown. The site is characterised by buildings within mature woodland and an historic garden setting. The southern aspect site slopes towards the sea, providing long distance views to the coast and Charlestown. The holiday village has been in steady decline since its hay day and the masterplan offers the opportunity to redevelop the site for primarily residential use, providing 325 dwellings, within the historic landscape setting, which is preserved and enhanced.
