Client: Ealing Family HA
PRP led the process for selecting a developer partner on behalf of the Ealing Family Housing Association. Regeneration of the estate includes proposals for 130 rented and 180 sale homes. The team is managing a complex decanting programme for all residents on the estate. This is being achieved through careful phasing without the need for temporary housing.
