PRP are carrying out the design for the sustainable urban extension of Ballater in the Cairngorms National Park, on land owned by the Invercauld Estate. A series of studies including movement and tissue studies have been undertaken to unlock the genetic code for Ballater and provide the basis of a contemporary and exemplary design. An attractive landscape framework, including an extension to the games park, a series of parks including a riverside linear park connected by a circular walks complements a series of urban streets and squares.
