Design does not stop at planning permission stage but continues through to production information, where issues of buildability, cost and time need to be balanced with the design and fulfillment of the client’s brief. At PRP, we offer a full service including detailed working drawings and specifications and our aim is to ensure that projects can be delivered in a cost effective and timely manner to our clients.
We work with clients, contractors and their supply chain to review the most appropriate use of materials and methods, whether they be traditional or modern, on-site or off-site. We are familiar with timber frame, steel frame, steel stick-built, semi volumetric and bathroom pod pre-fabrication.
PRP is Quality Assured in accordance with ISO 9001 and has protocols in place to deliver effective plans of work through the use of in-house CAD procedures, technical manuals, information audits and specifications writing. These protocols, together with regular monitoring of new standards and regulations issued by the ODPM, NHBC and Building Institutions, ensure that our clients trust us to see them through every step of a project lifecycle.
