PRP’s extensive research and experience in utilizing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) addresses the increasing need to build houses quickly, to higher standards and at competitive costs. PRP’s research, development and innovation activities include investment, collaboration with universities and institutions and direct commissions to work with suppliers of MMC in the design and development of both new and existing systems.
PRP has risen to the challenge of the changing environment by creating innovative design and technical teams, providing new thinking and working methods to deliver an improved product to our clients. In recognizing that design must continues through to production, PRP has successfully designed and implemented MMC - we work with clients, contractors and their supply chain to review the most appropriate use of construction materials and methods, whether they be traditional or modern, on-site or off-site. We are familiar with timber frame, steel frame, steel stick-built, semi-volumetric and bathroom pod pre-fabrication.
