Delivery of complex projects relies upon an ability to steer a path through the planning maze. Our in-house planning team is able to advise clients and designers at all stages of the planning process.

For every project, we seek to formulate a robust planning strategy and to offer innovative solutions. Our aim is to maximise the development potential of any given site and to provide an informed view of what planning permission might be achieved and by when.

We adopt a multi-disciplinary approach and use in-house skills to integrate planning, management, design and technical skills, thus enabling us to respond quickly and effectively to the planning situation on each site.

From site appraisals through to the preparation of development briefs and masterplans, PRP aims to secure clients’ planning permissions through negotiation and in the shortest time possible. As a last resort, appeals are sometimes required and we are experienced in presenting the planning case and acting as expert witnesses.

Through the entire planning process we aim to engage sensitively with all stakeholders and we are highly proficient in consulting with those communities whose environments we are shaping.
