PRP led a multi-consultancy team in 2006, working with Luton Borough Council and The Marsh Farm New Deal programme to develop a complex regeneration masterplan that has the commitment of all stakeholders and residents. Prior to PRP’s involvement, the approach to the masterplanning exercise had not been agreed. Over the last year, PRP has been able to bring together, through a series of workshops, key stakeholders, to agree common objectives and outcomes.

This has successfully led to a mixed use masterplan for 3000 refurbished homes and between 350 and 400 new homes, retail and community facilities, new infrastructure and landscaping being prepared within the timetable set by the client team.
