Urban design isn’t just about creating unique and attractive places for today’s population. We believe it must also be about safeguarding and improving quality of life now and for future generations.
Delivering a sustainable model requires a detailed understanding of how successful towns and cities work. We have been doing this for over 40 years. Our team’s passion is to create high quality design, whereby the buildings, streets, squares and communities make a hierarchy of places which are integrated, safe, welcoming and successful.

Our approach has evolved through experience and through our continued involvement in the urban design debate. Our teams have consistently provided high quality mid and high density schemes with reduced car dependency, resulting in schemes which are generally mixed, inclusive, greener and contextual with more landscaping, natural drainage, biodiversity and energy efficiency.
