Education

PRP believes that schools should be attractive, nurturing and stimulating environments that are safe and secure places conducive to learning. We also believe that they should be designed to be flexible and multi-functional to accommodate changes to teaching methodologies and open up their use to the wider community in which they reside. Consultation is critical and we have developed our own unique consultation process, ensuring that our designs reflect a thorough understanding of the education process and the Government’s programme of educational reform. We also work closely with our clients to define the technical, spatial and statutory requirements along with the school’s own aspirations for its venue. We have built a strong reputation in designing sustainable projects which utilise modern methods of construction to become more cost efficient. We also incorporate cost effective energy saving features into our proposals to help schools reduce their carbon emissions and energy consumption as much as possible.
