Client: Notting Hill Housing
PRP has led Notting Hill Housing’s partnership project with the London Borough of Barnet to reprovide specialist housing and resource centres for people with learning difficulties across the Borough. This has involved devising a complex programme and decanting strategy in order to reprovide existing facilities and maintain customer services across seven sites.
The team has assembled a consultant and construction team based on our previous working arrangements with Notting Hill and encouraged them to undertake this project on a full partnering basis. PRP has been able to achieve considerable cost benefits across the development programme by standardisation of design and choice of materials despite considerable planning difficulties. The £30m project has commenced on site and will be completed in four years.
