  • PRP successful on ‘Lot 1: Architecture Services’ alongside four other suppliers
  • Latest appointment builds on a 14-year relationship with Town & Country Housing, part of the Peabody Group

PRP has secured a place on Town & Country Housing’s Development Consultancy Services Framework to provide architectural services (Lot 1) in a four-year framework worth an estimated £1.5 million. PRP is one of four firms to have been selected to provide services on the framework, demonstrating the practice’s capability and expertise in this competitive environment.

This appointment will see PRP designing and delivering new homes for the Tunbridge Wells-based housing association which is responsible for managing more than 13,000 affordable properties spread across local authorities in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Services include delivering feasibility studies, RIBA stages 0-3 and RIBA stage 4 (technical design).

Framework providers will be working with both Town & Country Housing and their subsidiary company Monson Homes Limited. Furthermore, the framework opens opportunities for Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities and Arm’s Length Management Organisations to appoint PRP and other selected firms for additional architecture projects, contingent upon Town & Country Housing’s approval. The South East Consortium (SEC) has facilitated the tendering process on behalf of both organisations.

Brendan Kilpatrick, Partner at PRP, comments: "We're thrilled to be one of a few architects to join this framework, which matches our expertise in delivering sustainable housing and our dedication to supporting new community development and affordability. We’re looking forward to on-going collaboration with Town & Country Housing and Monson Homes to create a positive impact across Kent, Sussex and Surrey – a continuing line of service for this progressive housing association since 2010."

PRP has also recently been appointed to the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) Newbuild Development Framework under Lot 1, Workstream 2.
